This week airsoft mortars, cannons and artillery will be covered. All types including the home built awesomeness that is out there.
First when I was talking about chocolate on Friday, I was literally talking about chocolate, Not as a metaphor for skin color. Just chocolate, no need for more hate mail then usual. Also brownie points for those who figured out our email as its not listed yet to the general public.
Many of the artillery pieces out on the field are either static pieces, deactivated or home built. Lots of creative people out there.
First the real thing, hell yea. Thanks to forgotten weapons for the vid, only problem with using them on the playing field is they are to big, noisy and a little dangerous for field play.
So I don’t get a lecture from a retired Arty friend of mine. Here is an explanation between the different types of artillery out there, Mortars, cannons and howitzers . Mortars lob a projectile in a high arc at a low velocity, Cannons fire shells at a low arc or directly at the target at high velocity and the type of artillery known as a howitzer is capable of firing at either high or low arcs.
Tomorrow we will start with the details, now for the rest of the daily randomness.
The Balls airsoft video page is up and running. Airsoft videos.
Yesterday crawling under the crawl space I discovered a few things, first no mutant rats or shallow graves which is always good not to find. However as with older homes “with charm” you always start with one task and find several other problems. I found out under my kitchen the walls surrounding the outside are thin Styrofoam. The kitchen is an addition and somehow passed code. It explains why the kitchen is always cold, but to fix it it involves several options that require me to go back under there. What a hassle.
Today we will end on Boobs, some more Boobs, and even more Boobs, and you guest it
